Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Etti Tech's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Services

Etti Tech provides software development, web development, mobile app development, and technology consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees of 1.5% per month
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in service agreements

4. Intellectual Property

All work products, including but not limited to code, designs, documentation, and other deliverables created by Etti Tech, remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights transfer to the client as specified in the individual service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Providing necessary access to systems and accounts
• Maintaining confidentiality of access credentials

6. Limitation of Liability

Etti Tech's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment for completed work is due immediately. Etti Tech retains the right to withhold deliverables until full payment is received.
